basically entrapment setups are illegal. also a waste of time and also I dont think it is legal to film the whole thing with out permission.they are making laws like this, harp about on line predators,publisize this shit, then pass restrictive laws against us all, it is bullshit. 3 cops drawing down on this idiot is bullshit, they need to go into nasty neighborhoods and set up drug deals neighborhoods any volunteeers?

(Peoples Rights), listen and listen good – “there’s no room in this world for child molesting scum bags!”. Such individuals invent exceedingly clever schemes against the well being of children. Furthermore, child molesters are not interested in observing the rights of children so as a result society and the law must do everything in their power to prevent such crimes. The world has many temptations that can and do lead people into disrespectful or outright illegal behavior. It serves the better interests of everybody to guide yourself through life without interfering in the rights of others especially those of children. Whenever a child molester is caught those of similar low moral behavior ideals will rant on about entrapment essentially using any half ass excuse that comes along so they can indulge in their reckless activities of misguided interference toward well meaning law and order. Plotting to take advantage of children? Before you actually do such a thing you ought to take a public tour of a prison so you can get a better idea about where you’re going to end up.

tergiam hulotov — these stings are NOT entrapment. In order for them to be so, sworn law enforcement officers would have to make contact with this guy (for example), and TELL HIM HE SHOULD try to gain the trust of minors via the computer in order to convince them to have sex with him. Then, after this guy agrees to do that, law enforcement officers would follow him until he did exactly as they suggested. And lastly, they would arrest him for the crimes they told him to commit. THAT’s entrapment.
