There is surely a database with extensive details on each ‘victimized’ citizen which all the ‘perps’ contribute to and draw from. There may be computer animations to plot strategies and to follow exactly where the ‘target’ is. This can easily be accomplished with today’s technology. Finding this source, will show how much unlawful activity and harm has been done to each person… and to the fabric of society. The ‘perps’, citizens in every community, take names like ‘bawlbuster’. So, it seems to be there is some ‘gaming’ aspect to this. A cash reward should be offered for information leading to finding this database and all that maintain it. That will unravel this psycho-social mess. There have been articles written and published, by well-known news sources, disclosing that there are legions of people circulating in our population for the purpose of surveillance and control.

Its the financial elite. The databases are stored at two different main locations, one being in New Zealand, the other in the UK. I have been stalked for 3 years. The key to relief is documentation, save every email, every graffiti, approach suspicious people, and document them if they are false. Do not trust the police to document. Document for yourself and document the police documenting. Then ask the police if they don’t have the documents you documented them documenting, document that as well, and file a lawsuit. I’m not even joking around. Also know the laws in your state, sue if they are not followed to the T. Knowledge is power.

I have been a victim of organized stalking for eight years. I have experienced all the same type events described in the article Eleanor White talking. I am now sustaining a continuous bodily assault by some sort of silent, remote, radio frequency and/or electromagnetic and/or ultrasound type weapon . It is used on me and my dogs too. The sensation is that of the force of an explosion minus the noise and can be used over my entire body or pinpointed, for example, to my head. I have seen the stalkers in droves and I believe their numbers are growing at an alarming rate and I have watched their numbers grow over the years.
They now are toting this weapon with them, and I imagine they must have many of the weapon. It is true they are tolerated, and I believe many of them have joined the organization partly to keep from being harassed themselves. I sometimes refer to this organized stalking as The Great New Oppression. If we don’t take control back now, we will have truly lost America. I sometimes think the only way possible to bring it under control would be to call out the National Guard to patrol our streets and neighborhoods, around our places of business, have curfew and enforce it. It is a sad state that we would have to declare Martial Law to bring it under control, to make these people understand it absolutely will not be tolerated. It is persecution, and it will kill America if we don’t face the issue and stop these people.
I seek and implore other victims like me that we must come together in order to protect ourselves. There can be strength for us in numbers, too. We must find one another, organize protective watches over one another, and we can demand those who are in the positions to do so, to protect us and to break up and disarm these thugs.

Gang stalking groups are basically organized hate groups with high tech toys. Their members come from all ranks and positions. The stalking groups often claim to be carrying out some official investigation and intimidate and threaten anyone who questions their authority. These groups have an assigned area they operate in. If the target travels out of the area they are tracked with gps on their car or cell phone and the harassment is picked up by the local stalker group. That’s why people often report such a large number of people participating in the harassment. These groups will often spread fictitious rumors and lies about the individual to recruit new members and somehow justify their criminal acts against the target. The targeted individual is put under surveillance before the harassment begins. The idea is to gather any personal information that they can use in their harassment operation. The harassment usually begins gradually and then is stepped to the point of where they think they can break the victim. First they try to isolate the victim by following them and spreading lies about them everywhere they go. They may follow them around and claim to have seen them shoplifting or acting inappropriately to make people suspicious of them. Basic torture techniques are used to gradually wear the person down. The most common being sleep deprivation. This can be accomplished by excessive noise or phone calls at night. If that doesn’t work then directed energy weapons are used. Directed energy weapons range from acoustic, radio and microwave signals that can cause an array of symptoms and discomfort. They are capable of inflicting pain and discomfort from a distance without leaving an external mark. For those who don’t believe the technology exists information is available under such names as ultra/infra sonic cannon and tetanizing beam weapon. The best way to end this type of harassment is to expose it.

There might be a governmental thing with the gang stalking thing; My experience with gang stalking is this: I made the mistake of having a non-private Myspace account; I told my then g/f about how the death of my mother had affected me, my dreams about her, etc; a few months later, I realized the gangs were poisoning me; Every time I touched something in my apartment, my hand would burn; my doorknob, my remote control, my video game controllers, etc; soon, I was vomiting and having other assorted problems. I brought this up to the hospital, and they said ‘yeah, ok, whatever’, basically, and the next thing i knew, i was knocked out and put in a shill filled hospital. So, i know it’s not like your experiences, i don’t think they have awesome beam weapons or anything, but I do think that gangs are able to team up on people and harass them and make them miserable. My method of dealing with said people is to just beat the shit out of them, when they’re out of sight and cameras. I can smell douchebags a mile away. twelve gang members on one of me? hell yeah, ill beat the piss out of em, as long as im not caught on camera. anyways, have a good one, guys, good luck with your gang stalking; i have mine under control

Until now, I would not have believed these stories but I do. I am now a victim of ‘gang stalking’ and appear to have been for some time. I also cannot believe that the government has allowed such actions to continue against innocent people. My guilt is that I am an author on consumer privacy and I am a woman. I feel that these people are weak. They hide behind their soldiers who if any of us were to encounter one individually they would be physically hurt. These people are attempting to ruin every aspect of my life but have not been successful. Sometimes I find their tactics somewhat stupid; brightening, sensitizing, crowding or following…me. One thing is where they think that they know everything about me; I am just sitting back with a team of people watching and recording, and recording and publishing and publishing. Not everyone in the world is involved with this foolishness of criminal gang stalking and not everyone will be. I say to anyone else who is a victim as I am, just fight – after all what do we stand to lose. We only stand to gain, if nothing else – our privacy back. Good Luck to your all.

This is the Free Masons, protestants mostly, probably around 150,000,000 or so base on a recruitment campaign. They elect the government, they are the medias base, etc. They have of course, targeted law enforcement for infiltration. These Masons are into pedophilia, sadomasochism, bestiality, drug dealing and manufacturing, mass murder, burglary & theft, you name it. Write out a list of everything amoral and make it a “moral code” and that is there belief system. They go after young girls, the disabled, the elderly, etc. Anybody who thinks these are criminals that they are stalking and murdering are very much mistaken. It’s based off of anything that is a threat to them and there religion. This can be personality, politics, business, anything.

Some say the latest Mind control Program came to the U.S. via Nazi scientists imported—but I am sure the ‘evil ones’ snuck over on the Mayflower. George Washington mentions ‘them’ in a diary about a dream, or something. They call us ‘evil’—but Black is White and Good is Evil–in Their upside-down system. It IS a plan for Worldwide control—one citizen at a time. THIS citizen is not gonna’ quit. I was targeted before I was born—an Army doctor wanted my mom to abort me in 1950+?? Things were never quite right, but they got worse after I became a born-again in 1973 and wrote to Pres. Nixon and a few ‘others…’ In October 31, 2007, in a slight disguise I was still harassed and intimidated–I decided to stand up–and fight back. That’s when their attack against me became more & more unbelievable. Even my family was infiltrated by gov. ‘agents.’ Being isolated, my husband and I fight about this all the time (my taking pictures, or pointing this car or that person out) or my sly comments in stores which he calls ‘off-the-wall.’ You’d have to be there—or ‘have been there’ to understand. He doesn’t see it. But it is there and it is real. My only real support system is God, Yahweh, and His son, Jesus, and I tell everybody that. There is no other way I could make it through that. It would appear to most us who have reported this type of harassment that the local police have a hands off policy concerning stalking groups. It has been my experience that those within the police department who actually would like to help are basically told to back off and stay out of it. The question is who funds and organizes these groups since they operate in a very similar fashion and are highly organized throughout the United States.
Anyone who would set off a homemade bomb in my mail box, throw gasoline on my garage door, fill a home with natural gas, kill my pets, torture me with directed energy weapons would qualify as a criminal.
The best way to defend yourself from these people is to document everything. A small digital camera with audio and video is your best friend. As far as the directed energy attacks are concerned you can defend yourself by using more than one thing at a time to shield. The adjustable frequency is what makes it able to penetrate different materials. That is why using only one type of shielding at a time may be effective only for a short while. Layering with different materials at the same time makes it difficult for the equipment to adapt.
Also remember this is a harassment campaign that is designed to isolate you and make you suspicious and fearful of everyone you come in contact with. So surround yourself with family and friends and remain focused on the things that are important in your life.

Thank you for your worthwhile information! We need to develop protocols for establishing which persons are sincere targets and which are psychopathic attackers, pretending to be targets. Then we need to develop the most powerful tactics for getting the message out to everyone on the planet.
Any person who does not fight this vicious rape of every human right, may as well say –It is acceptable for anyone to torture, maim or kill any person at a whim in any place without any consequence. This certainly represents a new type of morality –ie no morality whatever and no rule of law except –might is right.
Any person who participates in any way whatever in felon attacks on another person, in torture or killing of this nature, or in any form of invasion or other such psychological rape is essentially a psychopath, essentially a person who practices serial aggravated assault or serial murder. Of course, serial killers believe that they are acting heroically. But depraved, vicious killers should not be allowed to hide from the nature of their acts.
Targets of this depraved abuse need to learn how to name what is going on and stop calling it harrassment, since that is akin to saying that a bomb attack is like a mosquito bite.
Targets must find effective ways to come together and combat this depraved genocidal activity.

I have been gangstalked and electronically harassed for three years, and have been since attending the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. I tried leaving the country and I was followed. When I told family and friends no one believed me. So in total life has been hell.

How come you are interested Multiple Stalking when you are not being stalked? I’m being stalked from vicious slander against me. It started with a small group of Gay people in San Francisco and what they say about me is horrendous – to total strangers wherever I go. It has now gone beyond their group to people in all walks of life. Human nature is not speaking well for itself.
I’m still thinking what do to.
Today I got some good license plates because one of my sons was in the back seat on the floor taking pictures.

I was stalked for some months. It all started when I was invited to a Messianic Christian Sabbath meeting. What I discovered was a new religion created from a blending of Christianity and Judaism. I was very curious as to who was running the show, funding, leadership etc. None of my questions were answered. I being a Christian had many differences of opinion with these people and when I countered their teachings with scripture I was yelled at, shouted down, ridiculed and told to shut up. As I was rounding up my family to leave the leader of the group was praying over the Sabbath meal and she actually had her hands formed into two horned Devil hand signs put together as praying hands.
I pointed this out to several others, one of whom then invited me out to the parking lot for a boxing lesson. Always being one to accommodate I stepped outside, no one came out to play.
The next day I received a death threat on the phone and several e-mails detailing the strength and the number of Satanic covens in this area.( I have saved the e-mails and forwarded them far and wide.) I was told to keep quiet about the whole thing and maybe they would leave me alone. I told the caller no deal, I’m telling everybody about this. ( I have told this story naming everyone involved to hundreds of people.)
Over the next days and weeks it became apparent that whenever I went into town I was followed. Always different vehicles and different drivers. I didn’t recognize any of the people following me but they numbered several dozen. I would make many turns and even go down dead end streets and where ever I went I was followed.
Then people I had met at the meeting started calling all buddy, buddy wanting to know how I’m doing and hows my family? Every one of these callers wanted to come visit me at my home. When I declined these invitations and stated that we weren’t entertaining any guest and that anyone showing up uninvited was liable to get shot. Each and every one of these callers acted shocked and very surprised at what was happening to me, and then again wanted to come to my home to pray for me. Its like they were all reading from the same script.
One of the callers told me he had met the leader of the group in a Jewish Synagogue and over time she told him she had been involved in Satanism for many years and she even told him of the location of their ritual site. I immediately asked where and he told me how to find the place. Within minutes of hanging up the phone I was on the road. On arrival I found numerous stone alters and cairns and threw many of them down. It was a great day.
Then came a kidnap attempt on me in a darkened parking lot, poorly planned and very badly executed. There were at least five of them in two vehicles one of which was a van with blacked out windows. I saw the whole thing coming and at the pivotal moment I pulled two large caliber automatics from inside my coat, again, no one wanted to play.
The final act came late one night as I was on the computer and stepped outside for a smoke. It was about twelve thirty A.M. and a very dark night, from about ten meters away someone whispered a little too loudly “there he is right there”. I live twenty miles from town at the end of two miles of private road. Well posted with no trespassing signs behind two gates, needless to say I had had just about enough. I played it cool and acted as if I heard nothing. I stubbed out the smoke and went back inside and moved to a darkened part of the house. I grabbed a pistol and pulled on a dark overcoat and slipped out the back door. I moved very quietly to a place of cover and aiming a little high fired of a few shots over their heads. They dropped everything and ran for their lives. I heard them yelling and cursing as the ran, tripping over the sage brush and running into tree branches. Later I found a blackberry device on the ground and wanted to access the data but is was too badly damaged,.
That was the last of the stalkers. They were untrained and very unprofessional. They had no idea that their lives were in danger till bullets went whizzing by their ears. I was stalked by these cowards for months and in the end it took very little to run them off. There is nothing quite like the thrill of turning the tables on these bastards, to see them run for their lives.
I recommend to any who are victims of this crime that you find a way to fight back. Whatever it takes. Get help, if no one will help you get a weapon, learn how to use it. At some point they will make a mistake and an opportunity will present itself.
Goes around, comes around. Payback is a bitch.

Thanks for your post. I believe that possibly most posts are put up only by perpetrators. However, I have not made my final conclusion.
I would like to know why there is almost no emergency protocol anywhere on the internet explaining how targets can protect themselves. If perpetrators are the only ones who post, that would explain why.
Targets need to network to save their lives. First they need to identify who is a target and who an imposter. Lie detector tests taken regularly may help to determine who can be trusted.
Targets can pool resources, such as housing. Communal living will make it possible to have people sharing patrol of premises twenty four seven.
Targets can purchase protective equipment and materials and share them. They can hire mercenaries to protect them and they can put together equipment that will disarm DEWS. These are the sorts of suggestions I would like to see widely posted on the web. However, the fact that I do not see any such thing makes me wonder.
I have not yet come across any TI and I do not know how to go about finding one.

Excellent video! My targeting started with the Organized Group Stalking and after a year and a half of that my life just totally changed. A few months back, I came across the story of Fiona Pilkington. Truly sad indeed. This lady called the police more than 30 times and still didn’t get any help. – just goes to show you how compassionate law enforcement in UK is (no different here in the States)

The mystfication of psychological warfare, gang stalkers, cause stalkers, community mobbing, or whatever you
would like to call it as been broken. The culprits are part of a group I refer to as the Camarilla network. A camarilla is a group of people because of their money and power can use the tools of the government to carry out ther crimes.
The Camarilla Network is a secretive national criminal network of powerful people who along with several high power lawyers, psychiatrists, and some law enforcment agents concocted this scheme. Most victims make reference to overt stalkers and their devious activities. Overt stalkers role in the organization is very minute. There are various kinds of overt and covert stalkers. The covert stalkers are the experts. They commit the most serious crimes. This information was uncovered in a scientific case study that found out (1) how they operate, (2) why there are no prosecution, and (3) how to bring the network down. I refer to the network as a national group because the study was done in the states, but this group strives in democracies all over the world.

I believe this is being done by Moral Majority groups like the Promise Keepers and other right wing religious extremist groups. This is why they often go after single women, lesbians and gays, left-wing activists, Teachers and other people that don’t follow their mythology.
They are trying to pit liberals against other liberals. The idea is to divide and conquer. If they can vilify one group or an individual against others in the liberal community, they can make us fight among ourselves for their amusement. It’s an old and sadistic stategy.
I have Right wing extremists in my family and sadly they are very brainwashed and think this is the end of the world and that stalking and surveillance is their right. Therefore they try to gaslight and scare the public into going to their churches.
Some of these people shoot abortion doctors, yet claim we have a right to fight two bloody wars. (As I understand the commandments–one of them says Thou shalt not kill. ) some also feel that stalking and harassment of non-believers like myself is justified. (What Would Jesus Do? Well, I don’t think the Prophet Yeshua would have anything to do with these extremists. )

The coughing is how they communicate, but they have also used it on some targets for harassment purposes.

result of an unresolved, STILL ONGOING, gross medical negligence fraud coverup. All attempts to
obtain justice have been blocked using interference tactics of phone interference, computer hacking,
mail fraud, stock fraud, bank fraud, mutual fund fraud, Medicare Fraud, tax fraud, etc. High profile
persons are involved including a few FBI agents in the coverup. All attempts to contact the court by
pro se filings have been blocked or justice has been denied. The documents were legally sufficient.
Intimidation tactics have been and still are being used: verbal assault, theft of some evidence, illegal
detainments (while detained I was denied legal counsel, documents were signed without informed
consent, evidence and money were stolen as well as intentional criminal misdiagnosis to discredit
me so justice would not occur. Some violations of the U.S. constitution include: freedom of religion
(right to self-determination), freedom of speech, right to legal counsel, right to due process, right to
EQUAL PROTECTION, right to all personal recordss (bank, medical, stock, etc.) under the
freedom of information act, Medicare Fraud was committed during illegal detainments and other
venues. The gross medical negligence fraud coverup began in Florida and due to gross fiduciary
negligence by those contacted (law enforcement, personnel in workplace, residences, etc.)
allowed the fraud to continue and become multi-state (MA, IN, LA, DC, TX, IL, etc.). There
are no statute of limitations due to extensive discovery abuse fraud, misrepresentation and
fraudulent documents are involved, wrongful deaths, and interference tactics to prevent me
from filing lawsuits by statute of limitations-continuing use violations-constitute a waiver or
tolling of statute of limitations until all violations cease and authentic documents pertinant to com-
plaint are sent to me. It is a straight forward case worthy of any attorney or concerned Good
Samaritan who pursues justice and the truth of serious constitutional violations that are going on
on behalf of victims. With your help, justice will occur. I am enclosing some e-mails in lawsuit
format to give you an idea of the gross and continuing violations. Retaliation measures include
illegal depletion of my financial assets. Similar tactics are being used on family members and
others as well. All events stated in e-mails can be verified by witnesses, documents, etc.

I am yet another innocent/law-abiding target/victim of this form of domestic terrorism. I have a story too much like others. My perps are seriously hacking me on any internet I go to. These forms of hacking are very sophisticated and I suggest to other TIs to check the headers on their email to see where email is coming from and what computers are receiving it.
What’s amazing to me is the way in which Law Enforcement and other agencies back off from helping. I also believe that some of them are being harassed for giving any assistance to victims. Even with loads of evidence, I can’t manage to get this investigated… and everything is referred to the FBI, who apparently is doing nothing about this problem.
I refuse to say – it’s government, it’s whoever. I honestly don’t know who is behind this holocaust. But I do know that 1) mainstream media does not effectively deal with this; 2) TIs such as myself are prevented from contacting agencies that could help – by both computer intrusion and telephone interference; 3) I have been harassed when I do go to the authorities so I know that there is a possibility of fear of investigation on the part of the perps (that is, if the whole justice system were bought out they wouldn’t have to intimidate me from reporting the crimes for which I have evidence); 4) my own personal belief – regardless what hell these clowns put us through, the real hell will come for them in the afterlife.

Community Policing Members are deployed in several ways.
1. Companies can hire and pay money to rogue police men that then use the community policing groups as organized stalkers on an individual that is a financial or criminal risk, to the company that hired the police, in some way.
2. Rogue: Police, D/A’s and Judges believe an individual to be guilty of some crime. But they have no evidence to support their belief and use or involve the Community Policing Members into illegal organized stalking groups. To then stalk that individual 24/7.
3. Rogue Public Officials wanting to clean up their city of individuals who they believe to be undesirables, by using the Community Policing Members as organized stalking groups to stalk the individuals.
4. The police have now replaced a police officer wearing a pink bunny suit and using a rubber hose beating confusions out of individuals they believe to have committed a crime in a holding cell or interrogation room.
5. Community policing members are now used by the local police departments as illegally Organized Stalking Groups around the country.
6. The police then get community policing members loyal to them or criminals individuals under their influence or control to use non-lethal Electronic Harassment Weapons on Victims 24/7.
7. Community Policing Groups do not know or care that also protect criminal police officers that commit illegal crimes and commit murder.
8. They are like sheep be led around, doing the bidding of the police. The real problem is: Community policing members are too STUPID to ask questions to the police departments they work for.
9. What is really going on? Why or what has this individual done? Let me see, or show me some real proof that the individual is a criminal that will hold in court.

I have been and continue to be subjected to gangstalking here in new plymouth.it is truely disgusting. all designed to totally ruin my life. the participants are gutless weak bullies.they have kidnapped my granddaughter whom i have legal custody of and the judge murfitt is his name has not even organised a time for me to visit with her .i do not know where she lives, the other judge involved his name is ellis from wellington forbad me to go to her school he actually said in the family court report i had no right to be at the school demented individual that he is . i have absolutely no faith at all in the new zealand justice system it is totally corrupt. those participating in stalking are so called friends employees lawyers judges my bank (anz), witches and various satanists .may the truth be revealed concerning all of them.the harressment has been on a psychological and an electronic level with attempts to murder me through the use of various satellite and ground controlled levels, b.p. shooting up to 240/140 and back down again to 124/80 i am a registered nurse. i would sincerely love to know why, there is no way i would stoop so low to participate in this type of organised crime to destroy anyones life.these people will pay.venegence is mine says to LORD. i have been stalked continually for about 13 years now

Perpetrators are weak idiots with no moral strength. They have lept into sin such as stalking, torturing, poisoning, murder via vehicular crushing, raping, drug running, etc.. I guess the government views Targeted Individuals in the covert goverment experimental and extermination programs that includes using electromagnetic weapons as “worthy sacrifices” . These Satanic Nazi Idiot perpetrators have made Targeted Individuals as a spectacle, evil pleasure for the sick and twisted, yet the price for them will be steep as all of the perpetrators will be convicted in God’s court. Wicked evil doers are those that ignore God’s desire that we all should love and nurture and take care of all humankind. God’s love is unconditional and undivisible, so if the perpetrators choose to reject Christ Jesus as their Savior and be uncivilized savages hurting innocent citizens of the USA and world, then they choose the pit of Hell for themself.
