little confusing where they mention the tip to know if sun exposure is adequate: shadow is longer = not making vitamin D, but if you are shorter than your shadow (doesn’t that mean the shadow is longer again??) means your skin can make vitamin D? Also, any general recommendations for how much sun a day gets us in the ballpark (yes I know there are all those variables)? Thanks for an otherwise informative

What physical manifestations would one notice first if one were to consistently overdose on Vit. D?
